The Role: Lead all commercial aspects of the MEP package Manage contracts, procurement, and cost control Provide strategic commercial guidance across the project lifecycle Work closely with project delivery teams and stakeholdersWhat We're Looking For: Proven experience in a Commercial Manager role within MEP or major infrastructure projects Strong contractual knowledge (NEC/JCT or similar) Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
