Job Ref: DescriptionPosition: HVAC Project ManagerLocation: Covering London, but must be able to attend an office in Dartford when requiredDuration: PermanentSalary: From 60,000 to 70,000 subject to experience level and qualificationsWe are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager for a full time, permanent position. This HVAC Project Manager will be dealing with HVAC Installation Projects through out London and the South East. This Projects will all be in relation to heating and ventilation, this includes air conditioning. This person needs to have managed HVAC Projects with a value of up to 1 MillionWe require this person to have a strong technical knowledge of HVAC, with a HVAC Qualification. It is preferable that this person has a HNC with includes HVAC, however we would look at a HVAC level 3RequirementsStrong technical background in HVACAt least 5 years experienceas a HVAC Project ManagerHappy to attend the Dartford office a couple of days a weekVery client focusedWorked on Projects with a value of 1 millionMinimum of a Level 3 in HVAC but would prefer aHNCStrong health and safety knowledgeAbility to create technical quotationsPackageExcellent basic salary25 Days holiday plus bank holidaysPensionCar allowanceTravel allowanceIf you are interested in this position, please send your CV or contact Wendy Evemy ASAPSER-IN
