Production Operatives (Nights) required in Tewkesbury, working within a factory environment. Monday to Friday permanent night shift (22:00 – 06:00) offering £15.89 per hour. This role offers an immediate start with a genuine permanent opportunity and full on-the-job training. Please note: initial training will be completed on rotating day and mid shifts before moving onto full-time nights. The Role Working as a Production Operative, you will be working within a busy factory environment supporting a range of production processes. The role will involve operating automated lines and advanced machinery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Working on an automated/automotive production line Operating and assisting with high-tech equipment, including CNC machines and laser imaging machinery Running and monitoring production lines to ensure smooth operation Handling components and materials within a factory environment Working safely around chemicals, following strict health & safety procedures Carrying out quality checks and addressing basic production issues Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area Candidate Requirements To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a production environment.
