Job Title: Conveyancing Fee Earner / Qualified Conveyancer

Location: Multiple office locations (flexible)

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 per annum (DOE)

Overview:

A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner / Qualified Conveyancer to join its residential property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and self-sufficient individual looking to manage a varied caseload within a supportive and flexible working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handle a range of transactions including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of client care
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–6 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• Proven ability to independently run a full caseload
• Qualified Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced xwzovoh Fee Earner considered
• Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and client care abilities
