BMS Service Engineer - Trend Biased Location: South East London / M25 Area Salary: £40k+ for Senior Engineers / £30-40k for Trainees (Up to £55k for experienced candidates) Benefits: Car allowance or company car, travel expenses covered, 25 days holiday We're working with a leading independent BMS specialist, to find an experienced Trend-biased BMS Service Engineer to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of sites-ranging from NHS facilities and schools to high-end residential projects-delivering service excellence and energy efficiency. The Role: As a key member of the service team, you'll be responsible for: Liaising with site engineers and maintenance teams to ensure smooth service delivery Completing PPM tasks, remedial works, and reactive calls Producing clear and accurate service/call-out reports Participating in the on-call rota (1 week in 6) Potential involvement in remedial installs, system validations, and energy optimisation reporting Tech Stack: Primarily Trend, with additional exposure to Tridium and Distech systems The Ideal Candidate: Strong Trend experience preferred (open to other BMS backgrounds) Methodical, solution-focused, and client-friendly Located within or near the South East London/M25 area Package & Benefits: Salary: £30-40k (Trainee) / £40k+ (Senior) - up to £55k for highly experienced engineers Car allowance or company car Travel expenses Company bonuses (performance-based) 25 days holiday + bank holidays All travel within the M25 Apply now to join a company that values technical expertise, encourages progression, and offers a supportive environment for engineers looking to take their career to the next level
