Job Title: School Administrator
Location: All through school, East London
Employment Type: Full-Time – 8.30 – 4.30pm
Start Date: January/February 2026 – Long term placement
Salary: £15 per hour
Pay type: PAYE or umbrella
About the Role:
anzuk Education is recruiting for an experienced and proactive School Administrator to work in an all through school located in East London. We are looking for a candidate who is dedicated and hard-working with experience in a school office in the UK and an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
This is a long-term full-time role starting ASAP. We will accept candidates with a maximum of a two week notice period.
Key Responsibilities:
• Look after the main school reception and handle general enquiries
• Greet visitors appropriately ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed
• Operate the school telephone system and manage the reception email inbox
• Support attendance monitoring processes and liaise with parents regarding student absence
• Maintain student records and provide admin support to the SLT
• Manage incoming and outgoing post
• Provide administrative support, including filing, word processing, and managing electronic communications
Requirements:
• Minimum two months of experience working in a school in the UK
• Enhanced DBS on the update or be willing to apply for one at registration with ANZUK
• Available ASAP for a full-time opportunity
