You will ensure that policy and process is followed, and consistency maintained across all workshop operations and that a safe working environment is operated and maintained at all times. Your key responsibilities as a Bodyshop Manager will include: * Driving team productivity and delivering results * Leading by example to uphold the highest safety standards * Overseeing day-to-day operations and managing team performance * Communicating effectively with our Production Director * Keeping the workshop organised and fully compliant Skills and experience required as a Bodyshop Manager: We are looking for a strong leader who’s passionate about the automotive repair industry and gets a buzz out of working in a fast-paced environment.
