About the role

Business Development Representative Farnborough - mostly remote working Salary £35,000 - £40,000 base with up to £50,000 OTE. A leading organisation in the SaaS space is looking for a BDR to join the team to help continue the company's success. Key Responsibilities: Lead Qualification & Nurturing * Engage with inbound & outbound marketing leads via phone, email, social, and digital channels * Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (industry fit, needs, budget, timeline, decision-makers) * Nurture early-stage opportunities to progress them to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Hubspot CRM Sales & Marketing Alignment * Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality * Collaborate with Sales Executives to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities * Support outbound initiatives, targeted campaigns, and account-based marketing activities * Assist in building and refining lead qualification processes and messaging Events & Brand Presence * Support trade shows, exhibitions, partner events, and conferences * Engage with attendees, qualify leads on-site, and ensure effective post-event follow-up * Represent the company professionally as an ambassador for our brand and solutions Reporting & Insights * Report on pipeline activity, lead conversion rates, and qualification outcomes * Provide regular updates to the Sales & Marketing Director * Share market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback 💷 Salary £35k-£45K base + OTE £50K 🌱 Pension 🚀 Excellent career progression 💪Many other great flexible benefits Please reach out for a confidential chat
