Long-term SEN Teaching Assistant
primary & Secondary Autism School in Hillingdon
Up to £575 per week
Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with autism?
Were looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school supporting both primary and secondary pupils.

Youll be working in a positive and inclusive school where every pupil is supported to succeed. The focus is on building confident, resilient young people, with strong support from staff, families, and professionals.
What youll be doing:
Supporting pupils with autism in class and during daily activities
Assisting with personalised learning plans
Encouraging communication, social skills, and independence
Providing calm, consistent behaviour support
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff
What were looking for:
A patient, caring, and resilient approach
A genuine interest in supporting pupils with autism
Experience with SEN/autism is desirable but not essential
Strong teamwork and communication skills
