At our clinics, we offer a wide range of services, including MSK Physiotherapy both for adults and children, Sports Massage, Shockwave Therapy, Muscle Stimulation, Objective testing using full Kinvent suite, TPM screening, and Aquatic Physiotherapy at our sister site, AquaPhysio. This variety gives you the opportunity to expand your skills and treat diverse patient needs.
One of the unique benefits of joining our team is ability to work across different clinics whether that is at our Wimbledon or Surrey site and also access to our hydrotherapy pool, which allows us to provide highly effective treatments at every stage of a patient’s recovery. What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality assessments and treatments.
- Collaborate with patients to develop personalised treatment plans aimed at achieving long-term recovery and wellbeing.
- Utilise advanced diagnostic skills and cutting-edge treatment techniques to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Share your knowledge and experience with other members of the clinical team.
- Play a key role in leading regular in-service training sessions and clinical education workshops.
- Drive innovation and excellence by contributing ideas for new treatment protocols, rehabilitation programs, and patient services.
- Work closely with the clinic’s leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement new initiatives.
- Maintain clear, open communication to keep patients engaged and motivated throughout their treatment journey.
- Provide education and support to empower patients in managing their conditions independently.
- Work collaboratively with administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and optimal patient flow.
- Participate in the clinic’s quality improvement initiatives, helping to uphold the highest standards of care.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending courses and conferences, to continue expanding your expertise.
