Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver 📍 Basildon 💰 £26,000 per year 🕒 Monday – Friday | 11am – 8pm 📦 Full Time | Permanent We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join a busy and friendly warehouse team based in Basildon. This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, helping to ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately while delivering excellent customer service. The Role * Picking and packing customer orders * Handling Goods In deliveries * Assisting with customer collections * Operating Counterbalance FLT and/or 4-way reach truck * Ensuring orders are accurate, presentable, and ready for dispatch * Maintaining high health & safety standards within the warehouse About You * Previous warehouse experience preferred * Minimum 1 year’s experience operating a Counterbalance FLT or 4-way reach truck * Valid Counterbalance Certificate preferred * Good attention to detail and organisation skills * Experience using warehouse stock systems would be advantageous * Positive attitude and team player mentality What’s On Offer * £26,000 salary * Full training provided * Free uniform * Company pension * On-site parking * Stable Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends If you’re looking for a long-term opportunity within a supportive warehouse team, we’d love to hear from you
