Quality Manager – Fareham Location: Fareham, Hampshire Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + Benefits We are currently partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Fareham to recruit an experienced Quality Manager. The Role As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading the site Quality function, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and senior leadership. Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing the Quality team Managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) Driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions Overseeing internal and external audits Ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the businessAbout You Proven experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality role within manufacturing Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001) Experience leading audits and managing compliance Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong leadership and communication abilitiesWhat’s on Offer Competitive salary of £55,000 – £65,000 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays 38-hour working week
