IT Director

Our client a leading, independent property services group in the South of England with a strong regional presence are looking for an experienced IT Director to lead a major business transformation programme at a pivotal time of growth and investment. They are making significant investment in technology to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and empower their teams with best-in-class tools. This role will take ownership of that transformation, shaping and delivering the IT strategy across the business. What You'll Do Lead a major CRM transformation programme Define and deliver the overall IT strategy Oversee internal development teams and external technology partners Drive improvements in system performance, reliability, and usability Build and enhance data, reporting, and analytics capabilities What We're Looking For Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role Strong track record of delivering technology change (not just strategy) Experience with CRM systems and platform migrations Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organisational changeSpectrum IT Recruitment (South) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
