Digital Marketing Specialist
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in planning, delivering, and optimising digital campaigns across multiple channels to support brand growth, lead generation, and audience engagement.
This role is responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media activity, and executing targeted PPC and email marketing campaigns. Working closely with internal teams across marketing, design, and commercial functions, you will analyse performance data, provide actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement in digital activity.
The successful candidate will bring creativity, strong analytical skills, and a passion for staying ahead of emerging digital trends, ensuring all online activity aligns with business objectives and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, PPC, and content marketing)
* Manage and optimise LinkedIn paid advertising campaigns to maximise ROI
* Create and maintain engaging digital content including blogs, newsletters, social posts, and landing pages
* Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights platforms
* Report on KPIs and campaign effectiveness, providing data-driven recommendations
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
* Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
* Strong passion for digital marketing and social media
* Good understanding of major social media platforms and how to optimise performance
* Proven experience delivering targeted LinkedIn PPC campaigns
* Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
Experience & Qualifications
* Experience in digital marketing or social media, including content creation and campaign delivery
* Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media & Communications, or a related field
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Interest in emerging digital trends and ongoing professional development
