Practice Nurse – Primary Care Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Practice Nurse to join their proactive and friendly team, based in Brighton. The successful candidate will support the GP surgery within clinics, covering two sites on a full-time basis. Location: Brighton, BN1 & BL2 Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week  Contract: Permanent  Salary: £43,663 - £48,468 DOE per annum Role Overview Working in line with the Nursing and Midwifery Council Code, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a primary care setting, managing a range of clinical duties with a strong focus on chronic disease and women’s health. Key Duties Manage long-term conditions (Asthma, COPD, CHD, Diabetes, Hypertension, CKD) including QoF annual reviews Deliver women’s health services including cervical cytology, contraception, and menopause support Provide immunisations (adult & childhood), travel health, and health promotion Undertake clinical procedures including wound care, phlebotomy, ECGs, blood pressure and glucose monitoring Carry out NHS Health Checks and cardiovascular risk assessments Identify safeguarding concerns and escalate appropriately Maintain accurate clinical records and work within practice protocols Requirements Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration Strong primary care experience Experience in chronic disease management and women’s health Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary teamTO ENQUIRE: Please email Eleanor on (url removed) or call (phone number removed)
