For the last 12 months we have been focused on growing our business in Sweden and our Stockholm office. We are now turning our attention to our UK office and growing our US business by hiring an additional 6 recruiters to work in our UK office.


EverHire has ambitious growth plans and we will be opening offices in the US in the near future, with revenue set to grow to £12m+ annually.



The Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised office manager / PA to work closely with both our CEO Nicholas Thomas and our UK business. This is a dynamic position that requires someone who is adaptable, a fast learner and process driven. This position is critical to the growth of the business and you will be playing a key role in the growth.



Responsibilities:


Executive Support:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and organise documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO.
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.


Office Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and a positive work environment.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, anticipating needs and placing orders as necessary.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritising and responding appropriately.


Travel Coordination:

  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO and colleagues.
  • Ensure seamless travel experiences by coordinating with relevant parties.


Meeting Coordination:

  • Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and agenda preparation.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
  • Create follow ups and ensure meetings set actions are completed.


Finance:

  • Assist with invoicing and banking.
  • Manage expenses and expense reporting.
  • Manage VAT receipts.


Marketing:

  • Manage social media accounts.
  • Create marketing materials using Canva.
  • Run email campaigns.


Internal Recruitment:

  • Create and publish job ad's for internal recruitments
  • Complete first stage screenings



Working Location

Sterling House, Langston Road, Loughton, Essex

Monday - Thursday


WFH

Friday


Working hours 08:00 - 17:00, however you will need to be available for urgent matters outside of working hours.


Requirements

  • Educated to Bachelor level or higher
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Switched on and fast paced
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Canva, Xero, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recrutier
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.


Offered Packaged

£25,000 - £30,000 DOE

Yearly bonus dependant on experience (£1,000 - £5,000)
