Electronics Repairs Technician Location: Mildenhall Salary: Up to £40,000 (dependent on experience) Training: Full training provided Are you a hands-on problem solver with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for quality? We’re looking for a Electronics Repairs Technician to join our growing Product Support team. This is a varied and rewarding role where your technical skills, organisation, and initiative will play a key part in maintaining and improving product quality and reliability. What you’ll be doing Diagnosing, repairing, and recalibrating electronic products to meet challenging lead-time targets Using advanced repair, calibration, and quality management systems Taking ownership of the calibration database, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance Managing goods-in inspections and coordinating test data from sub-contractors Supporting manufacturing by resolving disruptions and improving product reliability Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the business Designing and managing assembly jigs and test equipment Analysing data using complex spreadsheets and SPC techniquesYou’ll work both independently and collaboratively, liaising closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to drive product enhancements and innovation. What we’re looking for Full training will be provided, but the ideal candidate will have some of the following: Preferred experience and knowledge Electronics or engineering knowledge to ONC level Around 5 years’ experience in a fault-finding or repair-based role General manufacturing experience and understanding of best practice Confidence using Microsoft Office 365Key skills Strong diagnostic and repair capability Experience with quality management and calibration systems Comfortable working with data, inspections, and detailed spreadsheets A proactive, solution-focused mindset Ability to collaborate effectively across teamsAdditional details Based at our Mildenhall office A UK driving licence is advantageous, as some travel may be requiredWhy join us?
