WAREHOUSE OPERATOR & FORKLIFT DRIVER Job Title – Warehouse Operator & Forklift Driver Location – Duxford, Cambridge  Salary – £30,000 – £33,000 (inc SA £14.52 – £15.24 per hour) Shift – Rotating Shift Pattern (Mon–Fri: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00) Job Role of the Warehouse Operator & Forklift Driver A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator & Forklift Driver to join a leading advanced materials manufacturing site based in the Duxford area. This is a key role within a fast-paced, high-performing warehouse environment where safety, accuracy, and efficiency are essential. You will play a vital role in supporting both internal and external customers by ensuring the smooth movement of materials across the site. Approximately 60–70% of your role will involve operating Forklift Trucks, making this a highly hands-on position within a world-class manufacturing organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring raw materials, packaging, and finished goods are handled safely and efficiently, while supporting production schedules and maintaining a world-class 5S environment.
