What’s on offer * Onsite Parking * Onsite, working hours are 9.30am to 6pm * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Team nights out * Role offers full training with career development What you will do as an Office Assistant * Assisting senior teams with any support administration tasks * Scanning documentations and files * Covering reception when required * Order consumables and refreshments * Sorting post and taking parcels to the post office * Managing client CRM and billing information What you will need * 6 to 12 months experience in an administration role * Excellent communication skills * Driver and own transport due to location, not accessible by public transport * Knowledge of GDPR would be an advantage * Can use own initiative and proactive * Happy to be based on site full time with flexibility Job Number 10852
