Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in the construction sector. This is a 360 role with a warm desk, offering immediate access to existing clients and live vacancies across Greater Manchester and the wider region. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build on an established desk while developing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a 360 recruitment desk within the construction sector * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients * Proactively develop new business opportunities * Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement * Negotiate terms of business and fees with clients * Maintain accurate records using CRM systems * Meet and exceed individual billing targets and KPIs Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment (construction sector preferred) * Proven track record in a 360 recruitment role * Strong business development and client management skills * Ability to work in a target-driven environment * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented What’s on Offer: * Basic salary from £35,000+ depending on experience * Uncapped commission structure * Warm desk with existing client base and live roles * Clear career progression opportunities * Supportive and collaborative team environment * Ongoing training and development How to Apply: If you’re an experienced recruitment consultant ready to take ownership of a warm construction desk and maximise your earning potential, we’d love to hear from you.
