Job Title: Waste Supervisor Location: Dudley Salary: £40k-£60k Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00 Permanent role The Opportunity We are a high-growth waste management start-up with contracts ready to go and an ambitious expansion plan already underway. We are now looking for an experienced waste supervisor with a minimum of Level 1 Wamitab to hit the ground running. What We're Looking For WAMITAB Level 1 or Level 2 (essential). Machine experience - such as loading shovels, telehandlers, forklifts, or similar. Ability to manage a small team. Understanding of compliance within waste operations (duty of care, site safety, environmental standards). A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
