Position: Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Chalgrove
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum

The Role:
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will work within the Logistics Department dealing with the management of raw materials and component stock to ensure efficient storage, control, and housekeeping.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise, coordinate, and support a team of Logistics operatives.
* Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure the team follows best practices.
* Monitor and manage the storage, kitting, and dispatch of goods and materials.
* Ensure stock levels are accurately maintained and recorded in the inventory management system.
* Implement FIFO and monitor product life cycles.
* Conduct regular stock counts and assist with audits.
* Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure KPIs and deadlines are met.
* Report and investigate discrepancies or damages in stock or deliveries.
* Assist with training new team members and upskilling existing staff.
* Liaise with procurement, production, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse area.
* Support the team on the floor and drive FLTs when required.
About You:
Applicants should have strong leadership and organisational skills, and experience working with warehouse/logistics procedures. You will need to be proficient in inventory management systems and demonstrate a commitment to health and safety.
Required:
* Previous team management experience.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Computer literacy.
* Forklift licence (counterbalance)
* Good standard of education, with GCSEs in English and Mathematics.
