Part 2 Architectural Assistant Cambridge Up to £35,000 Aztrum are proud to be partnering with a growing and innovative architectural practice based in Cambridge. Our client is looking to appoint a motivated and design-driven Part 2 Architectural Assistant to support the continued success of the studio. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a range of projects, supporting schemes from concept through to delivery within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role: • Assist in the design and development of projects across multiple RIBA stages • Support the production of design proposals, presentations, and drawing packages • Contribute to both conceptual and technical aspects of projects • Liaise with internal teams and external consultants where required • Assist in ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations and project requirements • Support the wider team in meeting project deadlines and deliverables Key Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role: • RIBA Part 2 qualified (or close to completion) • Experience within a UK architectural practice (placement or post-Part 1/2) • Strong design and presentation skills • Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD is desirable • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes • Strong communication and organisational skills • Eagerness to learn and develop within a supportive studio environment If this opportunity sounds like a fit, please contact Harley at , or alternatively on (phone number removed) for more information
