An exciting opportunity for an experienced talented Part II Architectural Assistant or Newly Qualified Architect to join a growing and highly respected architectural practice in Exeter.
The practice has an established reputation for delivering complex and technically challenging projects across a range of sectors including Education, Residential, Retirement Living & Care and Sport & Leisure, with projects ranging from bespoke schemes through to developments exceeding £40m.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative and supportive team environment, gaining exposure across all RIBA stages whilst continuing to develop both design and technical skills within a growing regional studio.
You will be working closely with experienced Architects and Technologists on a varied project portfolio, with genuine support and progression available towards Part III qualification and long-term career development.
Responsibilities
Assisting with the delivery of projects across multiple RIBA stages
Supporting planning applications, technical packages and project coordination
Producing high quality design, presentation and technical drawing work
Working collaboratively with Architects, Technologists and external consultants
Attending client meetings and site visits
Assisting with technical problem-solving throughout project delivery
Requirements
RIBA Part II qualified or ARB Newly Qualified Architect
Previous UK practice experience
Strong design and technical ability
Revit experience is essential
Good communication and organisational skills
Enthusiastic and proactive approach to professional development
