IFRS Reporting Lead | London | Hybrid 💰 Up to £436 per day Umbrella OR £320.81 per day PAYE DOE - Inside IR35 📍 London - Hybrid working available 📅 Contract until the end of 2026, with potential for extension We're looking for a hands-on Financial Accountant / Senior Financial Accountant to join a major, high-profile organisation on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong IFRS financial reporting experience who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day delivery of finance processes. This is not a Finance Manager role - we're looking for someone who is comfortable getting into the detail, managing reporting activities and supporting a busy finance function. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the delivery of IFRS financial reporting Managing and supporting a smooth month-end process Ensuring transactions and reporting align with IFRS accounting policies Supporting consolidation and financial reporting activities Coordinating and supporting external audit processes Reviewing financial information, providing analysis and sense-checking outputs Supporting the development and implementation of accounting policies and financial controls Providing accurate financial analysis and information to support decision-making Working closely with stakeholders across Finance and wider business functions We're looking for: A qualified accountant, ideally ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent Strong experience in financial reporting under IFRS or a similar framework Previous hands-on experience with month-end, consolidation and external audit Experience within a public sector, regulated or similarly complex environment Someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight reporting deadlines Strong Excel and wider Microsoft Office skills Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Anaplan would be advantageous If you're a Financial Accountant or Senior Financial Accountant looking for a hands-on contract role where you can apply your IFRS and reporting expertise, I'd love to hear from you. 📩 Apply now or get in touch for more information.
