CAD Designer

Working for a specialist engineering firm who design, manufacture and install bespoke work in the construction industry.     Job Description:  As the CAD Designer you will produce GA's working to Datum's and Grid lines. Produce detailed fabrication drawings. As the CAD Designer you will design of Staircases Balustrades and Secondary Steelwork Produce drawings using AutoCAD/ Inventor/ Solidworks. All platforms are available to users As the CAD Designer you will manage projects include some of the UK's highest profile construction projects. Must be able to work from own initiative. Must be able to communicate well with customers/ suppliers. Candidate Requirements:   Experience using AutoCAD is essential Experience with BIM or Tekla essential Experience in Solid Works or Autodesk Inventor is essential Experience within steelworks or metalworks would be highly advantageous however will consider a CAD Designer that has used other materials 3d experience vital would be ideal This role is commutable from: Stoke on Trent, Fenton, Longton, Uttoxeter, Cheadle, Leek, Newcastle under Lyme, Keele, Stone, Stafford and surrounding areas   This role would suit candidates with the following experience: CAD Designer, Draughtsman, Design Engineer, Mechanical Design,   Hours: Monday – Friday, start and finish times can be flexible between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm Salary:  £45,000 - £55,000 Per Annum Brampton Recruitment are an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region
