Individual Needs Assistant - Full Time Location: Brighton Start Date: ASAP Agency: Academics Academics are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Individual Needs Assistant to join a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Brighton. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils with additional needs across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs Assist in delivering differentiated learning activities Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionalsRequirements: Proven experience working within KS1 and KS2 settings Strong understanding of supporting children with individual needs A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach Excellent communication and teamwork skillsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school community and make a real difference in pupils' educational journeys.
