Offering fully remote working, ongoing professional development and a supportive culture, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical and client-facing side of sustainability consultancy. 🔹 Experience Required ✔️ Commercial EPCs ✔️ Part L Compliance ✔️ Psi-Value Calculations ✔️ Energy Modelling ✔️ Client-facing consultancy experience 🔹 The Role You’ll manage a variety of commercial projects, producing assessments, reports and technical advice while building strong client relationships. 🔹 Key Responsibilities ▪ Non-Domestic EPCs ▪ Part L Compliance Assessments (As-Designed & As-Built) ▪ Psi-Value & Thermal Bridging Calculations ▪ Energy Strategies & Energy Modelling ▪ TM52 & TM59 Overheating Assessments ▪ Client & Project Team Liaison ▪ Support on BREEAM-related projects 🔹 About You ✅ NDEA Accredited ✅ Experience within sustainability consultancy or building compliance ✅ Knowledge of EPCs, Part L & Psi-Value calculations ✅ Experience using DesignBuilder or IES ✅ Strong communication and client-facing skills ✅ Passionate about sustainability and energy performance 🔹 What’s On Offer ✨ Up to £45,000 basic salary ✨ Fully remote working ✨ Supportive, close-knit consultancy ✨ Ongoing training & development ✨ Clear progression opportunities 📩 Interested?
