Site Manager – Fit Out – Bristol – 14 Month Contract We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join a well-established main contractor on a significant commercial fit-out project in Bristol. The Role: Managing a £13m CAT B fit-out following a full strip-out across 2 floors Overseeing day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and programme delivery Reporting into the Project Manager and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard Project Details: Commercial office fit-out Full strip-out + CAT B installation Multi-building development with phased delivery Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on CAT A / CAT B fit-out projects Strong subcontractor management and site coordination skills Ability to drive programme and maintain quality standards Ideally Bristol-based or within a commutable distance Details: Location: Bristol Start: 2nd week of June Duration: 14 months Rate: £275 - £300 per day DOE If you’re a hands-on Site Manager with fit-out experience looking for a long-term contract in Bristol, apply now or get in touch for more details
