Parts Manager (Agricultural)

Agricultural Parts Manager Location: Colchester, Essex Hours: Full-time, 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday mornings) Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience) We are recruiting for an experienced Parts Manager to join a busy Agricultural depot in Colchester. This is a key position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the parts department, supporting aftersales operations, and ensuring high levels of customer service and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily running of the parts department Support aftersales operations and wider business functions Manage and support parts staff where required Maintain accurate stock control and organisation Process orders, returns, and supplier interactions Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person Ensure high levels of customer service at all times Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time Monitor and report any stock discrepanciesSkills & Experience Required Previous experience in a parts role at senior or management level Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Good IT skills and confidence using internal systems Organised with strong attention to detail Customer-focused with a proactive approach Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhat’s on Offer Competitive salary of £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience Stable, full-time position with an established business Opportunity to manage and develop within a key department Supportive working environmentHow to Apply If you're experienced and ready to take the next step with a well-established company, apply now.
