Key responsibilities: Lead electrical design delivery across multiple projects Take overall responsibility for project quality, timelines, and technical standards Build and maintain strong client relationships Support business development, including bids and proposals Mentor and develop engineers across the team Drive sustainable and low-carbon design strategies Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholdersAbout You Degree qualified in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent) Significant experience within a building services consultancy environment Strong track record of leading projects and managing client relationships In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and design standards Proficient in industry tools (e.g. Amtech, Dialux/Relux, AutoCAD/Revit) Chartered Engineer status (or working toward, ideally near completion) Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to business growthWhat's on Offer Competitive salary Tax-free bonus (up to £3,600) via employee ownership Pension and benefits package Flexible / hybrid working Clear progression pathway to senior leadership Supportive, technically strong team environmentApply now or get in touch with Roberto Sartori on (phone number removed) for a confidential chat.
