We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a busy logistics operation in Keighley. This is a hands‑on leadership role with responsibility for warehousing, stock control and delivery, while building an engaged, high‑performing team.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of warehouse operatives and drivers, creating a positive, motivated and inclusive culture
- Being a visible and approachable leader on the floor, setting the standard for safety, behaviour and performance
- Overseeing smooth and accurate goods‑in, goods‑out, picking, put‑away and dispatch operations
- Owning stock accuracy through cycle counts, analysis and continuous improvement
- Tracking daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and taking proactive action where needed
- Working closely with Fulfilment, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing and Accounts to ensure operational capacity meets demand
- Championing a safety‑first approach and ensuring full health & safety compliance
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics management role
- A natural people manager who leads with empathy, clarity and confidence
- Comfortable having honest conversations and supporting people through development and performance
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, with a clear eye for improvement
- Confident communicator, able to influence at all levels
- Experience using stock control systems and operational reporting tools
- Passionate about creating a positive, safe and well‑run working environment
