The Role Working alongside experienced solicitors, you will be integral to the conveyancing process, supporting transactions from initial instruction through to completion while ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients. Key Responsibilities * Assist solicitors with a broad range of residential and commercial property transactions * Draft and review legal documentation, including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds * Carry out property searches and support due diligence activities * Maintain and manage case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all stages * Act as a key point of contact, liaising confidently with clients, estate agents, and third parties * Provide proactive administrative and operational support to the wider legal team About You * Qualified in Scots Law, with prior experience in a conveyancing or paralegal role * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills * Able to manage a busy and varied workload while meeting tight deadlines * Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with legal case management systems would be advantageous What’s on Offer * A supportive and collaborative working environment * Clear opportunities for professional development and career progression * Exposure to a varied and engaging workload within a reputable firm If you’re ready to take the next step in your legal career and join a firm that values both your expertise and ambition, we’d be keen to hear from you
