We are partnering with a leading international insurance group undergoing a major multi-year transformation. With strong top-down sponsorship and ambitious plans to modernize underwriting, finance, and claims operations, this is a unique opportunity to shape the future of underwriting at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive underwriting modernisation initiatives, from strategy through low-level design.
• Provide thought leadership, lessons learned, and practical insights from market peers.
• Support change adoption and risk mitigation during transformation execution.
• Collaborate across Change, Technology, and Data teams to ensure integrated delivery.
• Contribute to building and embedding a new Centre of Operational Excellence in Manchester.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in insurance underwriting transformation or digitisation projects.
• Strong understanding of London Market practices and insurance operating models.
• Skilled in guiding low-level design, adoption, and delivery risk mitigation. xwzovoh
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, large-scale transformation programmes with senior stakeholders.
