Overview
We are seeking a Marketing & Customer Engagement Executive to join a growing international electronics business. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, digital marketing, and supporting commercial activity in a fast‑paced environment. The Marketing & Customer Engagement Executive will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, supporting marketing campaigns, and contributing to the company’s overseas‑focused growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct daily customer visits, gather required information, and maintain accurate records.
• Use professional communication skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote products and services.
• Coordinate effectively with team members to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Carry out market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
• Assist in organising marketing campaigns, promotional events, and related projects.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong organisational discipline.
• Provide administrative support for marketing and commercial projects.
• Apply basic SEO principles to optimise online content for search engines.
• Assist with Google Ads campaigns and online advertising activities.
• Manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and support content planning.
• Use Excel to analyse data and produce internal reports.
Requirements
• Experience in e‑cigarette marketing, FMCG sales, or retail is preferred but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Hands‑on experience with social media management tools.
• Proficiency in WordPress, Google Ads, SEO principles, and Excel.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must have a valid driving licence, access to a car, and a personal computer.
• Open to applications from college/university students with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
