This is a hands-on role involving a mix of reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of all plumbing systems across the site.

Key Responsibilities: Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs across the distribution centre Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on water systems Conducting water compliance testing, including temperature checks and sampling Diagnosing faults and implementing effective repairs Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards Maintaining accurate records of work carried out Requirements: Proven experience as a commercial plumber Experience working in a facilities management or building services environment Knowledge of water hygiene and compliance (Legionella awareness desirable) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good problem-solving skills xwzovoh and attention to detail What's on Offer: Competitive hourly rate of £19.00 PAYE Overtime availble at 1.5x hourly rate Stable, ongoing work on a well-maintained site Opportunity to work within a professional FM environment If you're a reliable and experienced Commercial Plumber looking for your next opportunity, we'd like to hear from you.
