- Leading curriculum planning and development across the academy
- Managing timetabling to support effective teaching and learning
- Supporting staff to deliver high‑quality lessons and secure strong outcomes
- Championing student wellbeing, inclusion, and achievement
- Working closely with the Principal and SLT to ensure smooth, effective operations

You will bring:
- Leadership experience at Deputy Principal level, or clear readiness to step into the role
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Resilience, strategic thinking, and a calm presence under pressure
- A commitment to inclusive, ambitious learning environments
