7.5T Delivery Driver

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Swansea area.

We are looking for multiple 7.5 Tonne drivers to join the team.

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am starts Pay Rates: £16.05 PAYE Per Hour, over time after 40 hours £23.43ph PAYE Location: Lincoln LN6 9BJ Job Type : Temp to perm The role: Manual handling heavily involved including loading and unloading parcels at depots and customer locations.

Handling devices and company software to update delivery statuses Handle occasional push roller cages as needed, assisting sites with movement when required.

Reversing in the yard and manoeuvring vehicles with precision, including shunting duties when required.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle, ensuring roadworthiness and compliance with company standards.

Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain a high level of safety on the road.

Effectively communicate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.

Requirements: Full UK licence with 7.5 tonne entitlement (CAT C1) .

12 months experience required.

Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.

No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).

Full understanding of WTD legislation.

Excellent communication skills.
