Reception Teaching Assistant Location: Northfield, Birmingham, B31 Weekly Pay: £500 - £525 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (term time only) Start Date: ASAP Contract: Long-term (Temp-to-Perm)Long Term Futures is seeking a Reception Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Northfield. This role involves working 1:1 with a child with SEMH and behavioural needs, alongside supporting whole-class learning, delivering small group interventions, and leading phonics sessions using Little Wandle and other phonics programmes. This is a long-term opportunity until the end of the academic year, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
