Adoption Lead We are seeking an experienced Adoption Lead to drive platform and service adoption across Defence, enabling developers and teams to maximise value from modern digital capabilities.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for shaping and delivering a comprehensive adoption strategy while managing a multi-supplier team in a complex, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a multi-supplier team of approximately 12 people Own and deliver the Adoption workstream, ensuring strong uptake of platforms and services Develop and execute adoption strategies to support developer enablement across Defence Drive user engagement through effective communications and community-building initiatives Oversee stakeholder management, ensuring alignment across multiple delivery teams Coordinate user support and learning services to enhance user experience and capability Monitor adoption progress, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency and alignment across programmes Key Skills & Experience Proven experience leading adoption, engagement, or change initiatives in complex organisations Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience managing multi-supplier or cross-functional teams Background in digital platforms, developer enablement, or technology transformation programmes Ability to define strategy and translate it into actionable delivery plans Experience in user support, training, or community development is highly desirable Additional Information Location: Occasional travel to London or Corsham Clearance: Active SC clearance required Reasonable Adjustments: Respect and equality are core values to us.
