Maintenance Technician (General Builder) £28,000-£31,000 + £2,700 Call-Out Rota + Overtime + £600 Skill Uplifts 36-Hour Week + 39 Days Holiday + Monday-Friday Reading Looking for a stable, site-based role with a 36-hour week, 39 days holiday and lots of Overtime oppurutnities to boost earnings on a beautiful University Estate? This Maintenance Technician role suits a General Builder or Multi-Trade Operative with a background in brickwork, drainage, roofing and external works, looking for a permanent, in-house position with steady hours and consistent workload. This Maintenance Technician position is based on a large university estate, carrying out a wide range of building repairs across live campus buildings, roads, pathways, drainage systems and building fabric.
