The Role You'll lead a small team and take ownership of financial input into new and developing business activity.

Key responsibilities include: Leading the financial evaluation of new business opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams Developing robust cost models and financial assumptions Supporting pricing and commercial decision-making Assessing cost structures across internal and external supply chains Identifying and communicating financial risks and opportunities Partnering with stakeholders across technical, operational, and commercial functions Driving consistency and accuracy in financial analysis and processes What We're Looking For Background in commercial finance, costing, or financial analysis within manufacturing / engineering Experience supporting new business, projects, or product development Strong stakeholder engagement across non-finance teams Leadership experience or readiness to manage a small team Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability Commercial mindset with the ability to influence decisions Why Apply?
