Key Responsibilities Engage with customers face-to-face, delivering a professional and welcoming experience Understand customer needs and guide them through the full sales journey Follow a structured sales process to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Proactively manage and follow up on leads and enquiries Work towards and exceed agreed sales targets Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and customer retention About You Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (automotive experience beneficial but not essential) Confident communicator with a friendly and approachable manner Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs Target-driven, motivated, and enthusiastic Passionate xwzovoh about delivering excellent customer service Whats on Offer Competitive basic salary with realistic OTE of £55,000 £60,000 High earning potential (top performers exceeding £75,000) Supportive and inclusive working environment Opportunity to work with a premium commercial vehicle range Ongoing training and career development
