Cleaning Supervisor 25 hours per week 5 hours per day Monday to Friday Hours of work will be 4.00 pm to 9.00 pm About the Cleaning Supervisor role: A very rare opportunity has arisen to join our Diamond UK Facilities Management team at Dollar Academy in a supervisory role.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations in a prestigious private school in Dollar.
You will be required to lead and support a team of cleaners, ensuring our high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety are adhered to at all times.
Your main duties as a Cleaning Supervisor will be: supervising and organising the cleaning of the school; ensuring all areas in the school meet our Diamond cleaning standards; carrying out weekly quality checks and audits of each area of the school, communicating these regularly to our office and communicating any issues that require addressed to the relevant cleaner, monitoring the area afterward to ensure that it has been attended to; co-ordinating and organising cover for holiday periods/sickness absence; ensuring compliance with health and safety and COSHH regulations; induction and ongoing training of members of staff; training of staff on our cleaning equipment; managing the cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring that there is enough stock and that machinery repairs required are communicated to the office timeously; liaising closely with Diamond and with the HR and Estates Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the team and of the standard of cleaning in the school.
It is essential that you have as a Cleaning Supervisor: At least 3 years experience in a Cleaning Supervisory role ; Previous experience of leading a large team of cleaners; Experience of carrying out regular quality checks and audits; Experience of inducting and training new members of staff; Experience of using, and training to use, cleaning machinery such as multi-wash and buffers; Excellent health and xwzovoh safety knowledge and high cleaning standards; Good communication and organisational skills; A current driving licence and your own transport (to travel to and from work in one school) It would be desirable for you as a Cleaning Supervisor to have: Basic IT skills Experience of working in a school or on a large site A current PVG for working beside Children In return we can give you as a Cleaning Supervisor: On site parking Pension Scheme Excellent induction and ongoing training A pleasant working environment If you are interested in this Cleaning Supervisor role, please apply with your CV and a covering note Kind regards
