Description The role of Supply Chain Controller will be responsible for: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support operational goals. Manage supplier relationships to secure optimal terms and ensure quality standards are met. Monitor inventory levels and streamline procurement processes to minimise waste and improve efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations. Analyse supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and drive cost savings initiatives. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies within the supply chain function. Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team to achieve operational excellence. Report on key performance indicators and present actionable insights to senior managementProfile A successful Supply Chain Controller should have: Experience in procurement and supply chain management within the FMCG industry. Proven ability to develop and execute supply chain strategies. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
