Plumber Multi Trader – Social Housing – Temp to Perm £24.00 per hour | 42.5 hours per week Location: Barnet The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to work on a social housing contract in Barnet. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offered through an agency, with the potential to secure a permanent position. The role will involve carrying out a mix of plumbing and multi-trade works, with a strong focus on carpentry within occupied and void properties. Key Responsibilities * Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties * Complete multi-trade works with a strong emphasis on carpentry * Tasks may include: door hanging, lock changes, kitchen repairs, and basic joinery * Diagnose faults and carry out first-time fix repairs where possible * Work in both occupied and void properties * Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within set timeframes * Maintain excellent customer service when dealing with tenants * Follow all health & safety procedures on-site Requirements * Proven experience as a Plumber Multi Trader within social housing * Strong carpentry/joinery skills (essential) * Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ or equivalent preferred) * Experience in reactive repairs and maintenance * Full UK Driving Licence * Own tools (preferred) * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively What We Offer * £24.00 per hour (CIS/Ltd or Umbrella) * 42.5 hours per week * Temp-to-perm opportunity * Weekly pay (while temp) * Company van and fuel card (subject to client) * Long-term, stable work
