The Role As a Senior Engineer, you will take ownership of critical elements of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage site activities, and provide technical expertise across all phases of delivery.

Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise site engineering teams and subcontractors Ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and health & safety regulations Oversee setting out, quality assurance, and technical problem-solving Review and interpret engineering drawings and documentation Support project planning, progress reporting, and risk management Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and local authorities Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Engineer on highways or major infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of highways construction, drainage, earthworks, and pavement design Proficiency in xwzovoh setting out and use of relevant surveying equipment Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or related field CSCS card (essential); SMSTS or equivalent (desirable) If you are a driven Senior Engineer looking to make a tangible impact on a major highways scheme, I would love to hear from you.
