Making Space is a values-led organisation focused on improving lives, and we are looking for a Community Services Lead to join our Community Division.
The role This is a permanent, part-time role (28 hours per week), based from home with regular travel across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, Yorkshire and Cambridgeshire.
In this role, you will guide and support Service Managers and Team Leaders to deliver high-quality services.
You will help ensure people receive the support they need, while keeping services running smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities Support and guide Service Managers and Team Leaders in their roles Oversee service performance, including budgets and outcomes Build positive working relationships with commissioners and partners Work with internal teams to help grow and develop services Maintain high standards across all services Encourage a supportive and values-driven team culture About our company At Making Space, our values shape everything we do.
