Interim Commercial Lawyer

We're supporting a leading digital commerce business seeking an Interim Commercial Lawyer to join its small legal team on an initial 2-month contract, with an ASAP start. This is a broad commercial role offering exposure to a wide range of legal matters across a technology-driven, e-commerce business.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial contracts experience, ideally gained within a technology, digital or e-commerce environment.

• Initial 2-month contract
• Hybrid working, 2 days per week in the London office
• ASAP start

Key responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
• Software, technology, and SaaS contracts
• Contract renewals and supplier agreements
• Supporting on data protection, IP, and AI-related matters
• Providing pragmatic legal advice to business stakeholders
• Supporting strategic and business-critical projects as required

Key requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with approximately 1-5 years' PQE
• Strong commercial contracts experience
• Experience within xwzovoh a digital, technology, e-commerce, or online business
• Comfortable working autonomously in a small legal team
• Able to pick up a broad workload quickly and operate with minimal supervision
• Previous interim, contract, or secondment experience preferred
• Must be immediately available
