About the role

Senior NPI Engineer A tubular structure or a moulded composite component perhaps looks simple from the outside. Getting it to perform consistently, at volume, to tolerance, that's where the detail happens. The tooling decisions, the process controls, the validation work, all of it invisible, all of it essential. We're looking for someone who lives in that gap between development and production, and knows how to close it. You'll lead New Product Introduction projects across the full product lifecycle, driving project plans, managing risk, and making sure products are ready for the factory floor, not just the drawing board. You'll work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams, and own the process end to end. Accountabilities * Leading NPI projects from development through validation and into production * Developing project plans and managing technical risks * Designing tooling, fixtures, and workholding solutions * Supporting wound, tubular, and moulded composite manufacturing processes * Leading DFMEA and PFMEA activities to build robust, repeatable processes * Supporting prototype builds, validation testing, and production launches * Creating manufacturing documentation: control plans, work instructions, quality standards * Working with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes Bringing hands-on experience in Design, NPI, manufacturing engineering, or industrialisation and the technical depth to back it up, you will have genuine influence from day one, shaping how products are made. If you want to solve real engineering problems, build processes that last, and see your work move all the way into production, this is the place to do it
